Toss Report: MI vs CSK

Toss Report: MI vs CSK
Mumbai: Sachin Tendulkar, captain of the Mumbai Indians, won the toss and elected to field first at the Brabourne here.

Sachin said he choose to bowl first because he felt the wicket looked sticky and he wanted to exploit the conditions. The Mumbai Indians went into the match without any changes in their squad.

MS Dhoni is back the helm of the Chennai Super Kings after being out of action for over a week. Talking about coming back after his injury, skipper Dhoni said, “I am not 100 per cent fit. But enough to play the game.”

“Keeping is my strength, so I should keep. But I might give to Parthiv (Patel) in the last few overs as I have a stronger arm,” he added. Talking about the pitch, he said, “Speak to any bowler, spinner or fast bowler, they would love to come to Mumbai as it has bounce and good turn as well. It’s important for fast bowlers to use their variations on such a pitch.”
