Toss Report: KXIP vs KKR

Mohali: Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Sourav Ganguly won the toss in one of the most eagerly awaited clashes of IPL 2010. At Mohali, Ganguly called correctly and opted to bat first against hosts, Kings XI Punjab.

At the toss, Ganguly told Ravi Shastri that he is expecting the 22 yards to provide a good opportunity for his batsmen to show their form.

``It’s great to be back at Mohali. It’s a good track. A score of 180-190 will be good on this track,'' said Ganguly. The Knight Riders skipper feels it is still early days in the tournament. ``We have made a couple of changes, Huss [David Hussey] is in, [Ajit] Agarkar is back from an injury, which is good for us with the bat and ball, Mandeep [Singh] is also in,'' added Ganguly.

Kumar Sangakkara, on the other hand, was happy with the opportunity to bowl. ``It’s still early days,'' concurred Sangakkara in a chat with Russell Arnold.

Kings XI Punjab will be happy with Brett Lee’s return to action after nearly five months of recuperation.
Karan Goel is also back in the mix.

"Rusty [Juan Theron] has a bit of a tight hamstring so he is not playing," said Sangakkara.
